wow i miss tokei. i remember my first training session. i was mentored by senpai andrew for about 6 months. i managed to get to 4th kyu and fight for my country in both japan and south africa. i would love to come back and fight for the club but i am injury prone =[

I have recently joined the Kyokushin classes and i must say its been a great time. All that Carlton has said above is true especially the part about friendly people and drinks after classes.

I am not sure right now if i will have the commitment to keep going up the grades but all i can say now is i love the classes and i try and come for all 3 of them every week.

Its a great story carlton and if you've seen "The Big Fish", thats what life is all about. Thanks for sharing.
